Your privacy choices
CalX3 runs one analytics tool, PostHog, and it runs only if you allow it. There is no advertising pixel and no session-replay or heatmap tool anywhere in the product, and we do not sell or share your information. The other third-party scripts are Stripe’s, on the screens where somebody is paying or setting up to be paid; those are strictly necessary for the payment being made, so they are not something you are asked about. Use this page to change your answer at any time.
What is in use
- Strictly necessary — always onSigning in, keeping you signed in, remembering a booking you have part-finished, and the fraud checks on a payment you are making. The site cannot work without these, so they cannot be switched off.
- Preferences — always onSettings you chose yourself — light or dark theme, which business you are working in, which sections of the menu you collapsed.
- Analytics — unknownCounting how many people reach each step of a booking or a signup, using PostHog, so the parts that lose people can be found and fixed. It stores one item in your browser. It does not record what you type, it does not replay your screen, and it is not used for advertising.
- Advertising — unknownAdvertising and marketing measurement. Nothing here is in use today, and we do not sell or share your information. It is listed so that your answer is already on record if that ever changes.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Pressing this also switches off the product analytics described above, and we will keep applying it if anything else ever changes.
