Who we are

CalX3 (“CalX3”, “we”, “us”) is a product of GenX3. This policy covers the CalX3 booking platform at calx3.com and its dashboard.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and business details you provide when you sign up or complete onboarding.
• Social login information — if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and a stable account identifier from that provider. We never receive your password.
• Booking & usage data — appointments, services, and client records you create while using CalX3, and basic product-usage information (pages visited, actions taken) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate your CalX3 account, run the scheduling and reminder features you've set up, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that power CalX3 — for example cloud hosting and authentication (AWS, including Amazon Cognito), and, once enabled for your account, payment processing (Stripe) and text messaging (Twilio). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can review and update your account information at any time from Account settings inside the CalX3 dashboard. To request that we delete your data, see our Data Deletion instructions.
