Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your CalX3 account and the personal data associated with it — including data received from a social login provider such as Google or Facebook — at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@calx3.com from the address on your CalX3 account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address or business name your account is under.

We'll confirm your identity, delete your account and associated data from our systems, and reply once it's done — typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (including any linked Google or Facebook login)
• Your profile and business details (name, email, phone, business information)
• Booking, client, and usage records tied to your account

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
