Welcome to CalX3 (https://calx3.com/). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and booking platform. By accessing or using CalX3, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role and Services

CalX3 is an independent booking platform that connects users with third-party service providers (“Clients”). We facilitate appointment scheduling and send booking confirmations via email and SMS for users who opt in.

Limitation of Liability: CalX3 acts solely as a technology platform. We do not provide the underlying services offered by our Clients, and we are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, quality of service, or any marketing, promotional, or other messages sent directly by our Clients. Your dealings and service agreements are strictly with the applicable Client.

2. User Communications and Opt-In

By using our platform and opting in, you consent to receive transactional notifications, such as booking confirmations and reminders, via email and SMS text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of communications at any time by following the unsubscribe links or replying “STOP” to messages.

Marketing Text Messages

CalX3 marketing texts are offers, review requests and announcements from a business you booked with, sent by CalX3 on that business’s behalf. They are sent only if you tick the separate, unticked marketing checkbox on that business’s booking page, which is not a condition of booking. They come from a different toll-free number than booking reminders. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a marketing text to stop marketing texts; booking reminders you separately agreed to continue. Reply STOP to a reminder to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@calx3.com.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use CalX3 only for lawful purposes. You shall not provide false information when booking appointments or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on CalX3—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of CalX3 and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our Clients.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CalX3 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of CalX3 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
